Our Top Eco-Vintage Wedding Tips:
1. Try and make the most of the natural daylight and hold your wedding in the great outdoors; Marquee, Tipi or Yurts.2. Make use of organic, local and seasonal foods.
3. Try and use seasonal flowers, which don’t have to be imported in and why not grow your own.
4. If you do buy your own plants or flowers, why not donate them afterwards – greats presents for your guests.
5. Use suppliers which are either local to you or the wedding venue, therefore reducing your carbon footprint.
6. E-mail Invitations or if you are sending Invitations try and use recycled paper.
7. Ask your guests to Rose petals as confetti. Some churches now have restrictions on confetti being used; at least the petals are bio-degradable.
8. For a pretty table decoration, why not a Bee’s or Soy wax vintage teacup candle – Creates that soft/romantic ambience.
